Terms of service
Effective 17 September 2026. These terms are between you and Seven Hills Software ("we"), Madurai, India.
The website
agentcrew.to is provided as-is for information and for joining the waitlist. Content on it describes a pre-release product; features, timelines and pricing may change before launch.
Subscriptions
When purchase is available, AgentCrew is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription billed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, under their terms. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Model usage from Claude, OpenAI or other providers is billed by those providers and is not part of your AgentCrew subscription.
Licence
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the AgentCrew application on devices you control. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No redistribution licence is granted.
Acceptable use
Do not use AgentCrew to violate the terms of the agent providers you connect, to access systems you are not authorised to access, or to circumvent usage limits of any provider.
Your code and data
Everything the application produces on your machine is yours. We claim no rights over your repositories, plans, evidence or outputs.
Disclaimer and liability
AgentCrew orchestrates third-party agents whose output requires your review. It is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
