Privacy policy

What this site collects

• Waitlist and newsletter forms. Your email, and optionally your name and a note about your use case. We also store the page you submitted from, the referring page, any UTM parameters, your browser's user-agent string and the country Cloudflare reports for your connection. This is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in our account and, if configured, forwarded to our email tool so we can send you the email you asked for.
• Analytics. If enabled, we use Plausible, a cookie-less analytics service that does not track individuals across sites.
• Bot protection. Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes connection data to distinguish humans from bots.

What the app collects

The AgentCrew application runs on your machine. Your repositories, missions, plans, evidence and settings are stored locally in SQLite and Git worktrees. The application does not send your code to Seven Hills. Agent runtimes you connect (for example Claude Code or Codex) communicate with their own providers under those providers' terms.

How we use it

To send the waitlist or newsletter email you requested, to understand which pages bring people to the site, and to keep the forms free of spam. We do not sell or rent your data.

Your rights

Email privacy@sevenhillshq.com to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is aggregated and holds no personal identifiers.

Changes

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes and note material changes on the blog.
